With Dynamics ATS, you can set a rule to allow only one application per candidate for each job. To do that, go to ‘ATS Settings’ in the sidebar and select Behavior.

There, scroll down to ‘Enable Duplicate Detection’ and mark the checkbox.

Finally, press ‘Save.’
