3.2.5.1. Share and Promote an Open Position on LinkedIn

You can publish your opportunities on social media. To do this, navigate to Opportunities on the sidebar, select the opportunity you want to share, and then go to Publish.

*IMPORTANT: The job/opportunity will need to be saved first before it can be published.

Then you must click on the URL Builder button.

When the new windows appear, check if the information is correct. Then click on the Publish Job button to share the opportunity.

If you want to promote it, you need to switch on Promoted and then Publish Job.

You can also find LinkedIn as an option under the Feed button in the Publish section. Select it from the drop-down menu to share the opportunity.

*If you don’t see the LinkedIn checkbox, reach out to the Admin User of your enterprise to enable it.

Finally, you must click Publish to website to share the opportunity on LinkedIn.

*If you publish the opportunity through this dropdown and then press the direct LinkedIn publication button, you will see a message saying that your opportunity is being published, and you will not be able to change the form fields. If you want to change it, uncheck the checkbox or wait a few minutes.
