To change the default pane, go to the configuration icon and select ‘Personalization Settings.’

In the ‘General tab,’ you can choose which will be your default pane. Some options could be ‘Recruiting,’ ‘Sales’ or ‘Marketing.’

Then press ‘OK’ to save the changes.
