To enable job posting in JobUp from Dynamics ATS, go to ‘Job Portals’ in the sidebar and select ‘Feeds.’

In the dropdown menu, select ‘JobUp’

There, check ‘Enable Feed.’

Below, in the JobUp Properties section, you must complete your company information, including:

  • Company Name
  • JobUp Account details
  • Email Address (registered with JobUp)
  • Logo (you need a URL to add it)

You can also select if you want to receive a notification when a candidate applies through JobUp.

Now, go to the Properties section. Here, you’ll define which application source will be set when a candidate applies using JobUp. To do this, in the Source dropdown menu select ‘JobUp.’

Finally, you must specify the mapping fields as they will appear in the job posting form. To do that, go to the ‘Feed Mapping’ section. Select the field on the row and press ‘Edit.’

There, select the field from the dropdown menu where you want to map the CRM display name and press ‘Save.’

Repeat this step as many times as necessary.

p(banner important).The following fields are mandatory and must be mapped: Unique ad ID, Job Title, Account login, Company Name, Branch Industry, Job Title in HTML, Job Description in HTML, Type of Contract, Job Categories IDs, and Canton of the Position. Address of the Position, Zip Code of the Position, and City of the Position.

Finally, press Publish.
