14.2.9.9. HireEZ

The Microsoft Dynamics-hireEZ integration combines Microsoft Dynamics’s powerful ATS with hireEZ’s rich candidate data hub and AI sourcing capabilities to create an end-to-end talent acquisition tool.

To set it up, you will need the following:

• Dynamics ATS Admin User Permission
• hireEZ Admin User Permission
  

First of all, you may get the API Key from Dynamics ATS.

To do this, go to ATS Settings on the sidebar, select Integration and press API.

Next, press the + button. In the pop-up window, you will find your Client ID and Client Secret. Copy them and check all the checkboxes under the Candidates section.

Then, you may set up integration from HireEZ

Before you begin, please ensure that you are:

• A subscriber of hireEZ and has a valid hireEZ account
• The Admin user of your company’s hireEZ subscription and Dynamics ATS

*Note: Please do not connect your test/sandbox instance with the hireEZ production account. If you would like to perform sandbox testing, please reach out to support@hireez.com or the assigned TPM. They can assist you further to issue a separate instance for testing.
In case you end up connecting your sandbox account with the hireEZ production account, notify the support team at the earliest. This brings unknown issues for the integration and results in a delay in your onboarding.

As an Admin user, you will be able to find Microsoft Dynamics to connect by clicking on the” All Integrations tab.”:https://app.hireez.com/hiretual-admin/general/ats

Click Connect on the ATS

*If you also have a team member license, you can configure it in hireEZ Apps by clicking here and following the same instructions below.

Input your Client ID and Client Secret from Dynamics ATS here.

Then, select Push Permissions (Admins Only) by clicking Manage

There will be a settings page to set up. Push permission configuration will allow team members to sync candidates from hireEZ to Dynamics ATS as：

• Candidate not on a job: Candidates will be saved to your Microsoft Dynamics in All Candidates, and will not be associated with any job.
• Candidate on a job: Candidates will be saved to your Microsoft Dynamics in All Candidates, and will not be associated with any job.
• Candidate to a pool: Candidates will be saved to your selected Microsoft Dynamics pool.
• Candidates associated with/without a job or to pool: Candidates will be exported to Microsoft Dynamics as prospects with/without associate with any job opportunities or prospect pools.

Finally, press Save to save the changes.

You also can set profile field mapping to Dynamics ATS.

To do this, select the editable hireEZ fields.
Turn on/off profile Auto merge & sync when the duplicated profile is exported.

*When the Auto merge & sync is turned on, you will be able to choose to Skip pushing or Overwrite with HireEZ fields regarding the duplicated profile (fields)

Select the profile fields from the left drop-down in Hire EZ that you would like to map to Dynamics ATS;

Select if you attach HireEZ Resume.

Click the Save button to save the changes.

As a member user, you could go to the App page request integration approval.

Once your admin approves the connection, you will connect to Dynamics ATS automatically.
