This portal can also be used by your current employees to update their information, upload their working hours to request an invoice, or even apply for a transfer to another area or position.
The main difference between the Candidate Portal and the Job Portal is the Candidate Portal allows candidates to maintain updated profile information and requires sign-in, promoting a long-term relationship with the company. While the Job Portal is designed for candidates to apply to an opportunity only once.
All the information that candidates upload to the Candidate Portal will automatically be reflected in Dynamics ATS. In this sense, if they create a new profile, you will see a new candidate, and if they apply for an opportunity, you will see it in the application section. From Dynamics ATS you also can select which job or opportunity you will see in the Portal, and which you will not. In the same way, you can choose which sections are visible and which are not.
