You can configure an extra layer of security. To start, go to the top left corner options and click on one of the applications. We choose ‘SharePoint.’

Enter your SharePoint Account and click ‘My Account’ in the top right corner.

Select ‘Security & Privacy’ and go to ‘Additional Security Verification.’ Then click ‘Create and manage app passwords.’

Then click the ’Create’ button and name the app password. Select “Next’ to continue.

Then copy the password to the clipboard and press ‘Close.’
You will see it like this.

When prompted for credentials in the setup process (e.g., logging into Dynamics 365 or configuring the job portal), use the newly generated app password instead of your usual credentials.

In addition to that, if you have the Chrome Widget, you also can log in with that password. Access its settings by clicking on the ATS icon.

Enter your Dynamics URL, username, and the app password generated earlier.

This ensures that the widget doesn’t prompt for additional verification during setup.

Once the password is applied, test the setup to ensure that you can access the required screens or services without authentication issues.
