To change the default tab, go to the configuration icon and select ‘Personalization Settings.’

In the ‘General tab,’ you can choose which will be your default pane. Some options could be ‘Accounts,’ ‘Contacts/Candidates,’ ’Leads,’ ‘Jobs,’ ‘Applications,’ ‘Interviews,’ and more options.

Then press ‘OK’ to save the changes.
