From the Candidate Portal, users can also submit expenses for a refund. To add a new one, they need to go to ‘Expenses’ in the sidebar and press ‘Add Expense.’

Then, users choose the Job associated with the expense, select the category, and enter the date. They put the amount and the currency. Users can also add notes and attach a file. When finished, they press ‘Submit for approval.’

Users can save the expense and submit it later. To do this, they need to go to ‘Expenses’ in the sidebar and press ‘Request Approval’ for the expense they want to submit. The expense must be saved as a draft.

Users can also download their expenses by pressing the ‘Export’ button.
