To Send an Offer Letter by email you must go to ‘Applications’ and select the candidate you wish to contract. Then click on ‘+ New Offer.’
Complete all the details about the offer, such as base salary, start date, offer expiration date, comments, and vacation.
Then click on ‘Save and Close.’
On this screen, press over the three dots and select ‘Word Templates’ and then your Offer Letter Template.
How to create an Offer Letter Template?
The information will be imported into Word, allowing you to edit any details before sending it. When you finish, save it as a pdf document.
Go back to Dynamics ATS and select ‘Post, Activities, Notes & Documents.’ Then select the plus icon (+) and choose ‘Email.’
Attach the document and click ‘Send’ to send the offer letter.
Dynamics ATS enables you to determine whether the email has been opened or not. You can view this information in the candidate’s profile under the ‘Post, Activities, Notes & Documents’ section.
