14.2.9.5.2. Enable Apply with Indeed

You can enable candidates to apply for a job with their Indeed profile.

To do that, go to ‘Job Portal Setup’ in the sidebar and select ‘Integration’. In the dropdown menu, select ‘Apply Connect with Indeed.’

Then press ‘Save Changes’ and ‘Publish.’

You can also enable disposition synchronization with Indeed to enhance the platform’s ability to provide more relevant recommendations by tracking applicants’ progress through the recruitment process with time-marked updates such as “interviewed,” “rejected,” or “hired.”

To start, you must enable ‘Apply with Indeed.’

Then, scroll down to the Properties section. You can choose which fields to map, such as ‘Interviewed’, ‘Viewed’ or ‘Rejected.’

To select them, press edit.

Select one or more items from the list, then click ‘Save’.

Finally, press ‘Save changes’ and ‘Publish.’
