Automatic Duplicated Candidates’ Profiles Detection

Dynamics ATS helps you to not have duplicate candidates’ information. If you create a new profile with the same name and last name as a previous profile, you will see an alert.

You can merge the profiles and save the changes.

Merge Manually Duplicated Candidates’ Profiles

If you detect a duplicate candidate’s profile in the ‘Candidate’ section, you can select it and manually merge it.
