You can allow candidates to upload files in various sections of the Candidate Portal, and view these updates in the CRM.

In this entry, we will walk through the application entity example, but it applies to other entities.

To do this, go to Candidate Portal on the sidebar and press Entity Configuration.

Select the entity for which you want to enable file attachments. In this case, we select Application.

Scroll down and check Enable Attachments.

In the dropdown menu, you will find the name of the timeline where files will be located in the CRM. In this case, the
The file can be located in the Contact or the Application timeline. We select ‘Application.*

Finally, you can allow the candidate to delete files by selecting the checkbox.

Then press Save Changes and Publish.

**To see these attachments, the Dynamics ATS user must go to Candidates in the sidebar and select the candidate’s name.

Next, go to the Application tab and select the application you want to view in detail.

There, select the Post, Activities, Notes & Activities tab. There you will find the Application timeline.

If the candidate removes a file from the application from the Candidate Portal, like this:

The changes will be reflected in the CRM like this:
