You can send an automated email when someone sends a feedback form, both to the person who sent the feedback and the recruiter. To do it, go to Settings and select Feedback Setup in the sidebar.
Click on Client Email Template under the Notifications section. Next, check Enable send to recruiter and Use Global Email Template.

Scroll down to change the content of your email, the display name, or the subject by rewriting them.
When you finish, press Save and Publish.
To program an email to the recruiter, repeat the process in the Recruiter Email Template section.
