Associated Data refers to the information visible in the Client or Hiring Manager Portal about a Candidate’s Application.

To determine which data will be shown in that section, go to ‘Entity Configuration’ and choose ‘Applicants’ from the dropdown menu.

Scroll down to the ‘Fields’ section, select ‘Candidate,’ and click ‘Edit.’

Check the ‘Show Associated Data’ box and press ‘Save’ to enable it.

Press ‘Save Changes’ and ‘Publish.’

Next, return to ‘Entity Configuration’ and select ‘Candidate’ from the dropdown menu.

Scroll down to the ‘Fields’ section again, choose the field you want to display and click ‘Edit.’

Check ‘Show in Associated Data.’

Finally, click ‘Save Changes’ and ‘Publish.’

The Client Portal users will see this:
