To enable users to send emails from Dynamics ATS, you need to go to ‘Settings’ and select ‘Email Configuration.’

Then select ‘Mailboxes.’ Find the particular person in the list, check the box, and click ‘Approve the Email.’

Check box the person again, and then select ‘Test and Enable.’
