Dynamics ATS provides a portal where recruiters can present candidates and submit to opportunities with restricted access.

As a Dynamics ATS user, you can share your opportunities, jobs, or projects in the Partner Portal.

To begin, navigate to Opportunities (Jobs or Projects) in the sidebar and select the desired opportunity by clicking its corresponding row.

There, click on the ‘Partner Portal’ tab.

Select the Partner Portal in the tab. Below, you can choose to display the Account Logo by selecting the corresponding checkbox, update the Project Title by entering a new one, or modify the Job Description.

A default submission web form will be displayed, but you can customize it for a specific job. To do so, click the ‘Search’ button and select the desired web form. Then, press the ‘Add’ button.

Finally, ‘Publish.’
