To approve a new email on Dynamics ATS, press the configuration icon ( ) and select Advanced Settings.
Then select Settings and click Email Configuration. In the next screen, select Mailboxes.
Find users typing their names in the search bar. Next, mark the checkbox and press Approve email.
Hit OK to confirm.
Then press Apply Default Email Settings on the menu and press ‘OK* on the popup.
Finally, press Test & Enable Mailbox. Refresh the page to see the changes.
