To approve a new email on Dynamics ATS, press the configuration icon ( ) and select ‘Advanced Settings.’
Then select ‘Settings’ and click ‘Email Configuration.’ In the next screen, select ‘Mailboxes.’
Find users typing their names in the search bar. Next mark the checkbox and press ‘Approve email.’
Hit ‘OK’ to confirm.
Then press ‘Apply Default Email Settings’ on the menu and press ‘OK’ on the popup.
Finally, press ‘Test & Enable Mailbox.’ Refresh the page to see the changes.
