2.6. Send a Message to a Partner Portal User

Dynamics ATS provides a portal where recruiters can present candidates and submit to opportunities with restricted access.

As a Dynamics ATS user, you can send a message to a Partner Portal User directly from the CRM by using the tag [PP]

To do this, go to ‘Candidates’ and select the candidate’s name.

Then, go to the ‘Contact’ tab, press the plus icon, and click on ‘Notes.’

You’ll find a note box in the Timeline section where you can write your message. To send it to the candidate portal, it is necessary to add the tag [PP]

Finally, press ‘Add note and close.’

In a couple of minutes, the candidate portal user will receive a notification with your message.
