3.2.4. Share an Open Position on Job Portals

With Dynamics ATS, you can publish your opportunities on job portals like Careerjet, Dice, Google, Indeed, Jora, Monster or Zip Recruiter. To do this, navigate to ‘Opportunities’ on the sidebar, select the opportunity you want to share, and then go to ‘Publish’.

*IMPORTANT: The job/opportunity will need to be saved first before it can be published.

Then you must go to the picklist ‘Feeds’ and select the portal that you want to share the open position. You can select portals like Careerjet, Dice, Google, Indeed, Jora, Monster, Zip Recruiter, etc, by marking the checkbox.

Another way to post an Open Position in a Portal is to click on the ‘URL Builder’ button and select the portal that you want to publish the opportunity.

Select ‘Job’ in the URL picklist and the portal that you want to share the opportunity in the ‘Campaign Source.’

After creating the post’s text and shortening the URL, click the ‘Share’ button to post it on the portal. A new window will appear with the text and the link. Check the text and click on ‘Post’ to finish.
