You can customize the settings for the Power Search section. To do that, go to ‘Search’ in the sidebar in the Settings section and select ‘General.’
There, you can enable or modify various options, including:
- Enable Search for Organization
- Enable Team Settings and enable Automatic Filtering of User Search Results by Team Ownership
- Filter Inactive Records in Power Search Results
- Enable External Suggestions
- Enable Semantic Search
- Enable Project Search
- Enable Opportunity Search
- Enable Document Search
- Override Search History Count
- Oper Power Search Result in a New Tab
- Open Contact Records from Opportunity/Project Suggestions in a new tab
- Open Opportunity/Project records from Contact Suggestion in a new tab
Simply check the desired options and click ‘Save’ to apply your changes.
