To configure theHiring Manager Portal or the Client Portal, go to the ‘Hiring Manager Portal Setup’ or ‘Client Portal Setup,’ depending on your company’s terminology, in the sidebar and select ‘Properties’ within the Entity Configuration section.

There, choose which entity you want to configure from the dropdown menu.

In the ‘Properties’ section you will see a checklist with a series of options available to that entity, such as:

  • Show on Dashboard: Enable this to display the information on the portal.
  • Show Images on Dashboard: Enable this to display images on the portal.
  • Enable Creation from Dashboard: Enable this to allow users to create candidates from the portal.
  • Enable Approvals: Enable this to allow approvals to be managed through the portal.
  • Auto Publish All Fields: Enable this to automatically sync changes from the CRM to the portal.

Select the Options that you want, press ‘Save Changes’ and ‘Publish.’
