7.1.1. Create a New Pool from a Power Search

To create a new pool or add candidates to an existing one when you are in a Power Search , mark the checkboxes next to the names of the candidates you are interested in. Then, click on the ‘Pool’ button.

A popup will appear displaying the pools you have created. From there, select the desired pool to add the candidates or create a new one. Finally, press the ‘Add to Pool’ button.
