To invite a hiring manager or a client, you must have already created the hiring manager’s contact in the system.

How to create a contact profile?

Next, go to ATS Settings on the sidebar and press ‘Hiring Manager Portal.’ Then, pick ‘External Users.’

Click ‘Add’ and find the contact of the Hiring Manager previously created in the system. Double-click on the name and select ‘Add.’

Select it and click ‘Create’ to send an invitation to join the Hiring Manager Portal.

A popup will appear with an invitation email. You can edit it or add CC/BCC and send it.
The Hiring Manager will receive an email with the link to register/activate the portal.
