14.2.9.5.1. Customize Indeed’s Application Fields

To maximize the effectiveness of your job posting on Indeed, you can customize the Application Fields that you publish.
To start, go to ‘Job Portal Setup’ in the sidebar and then select ‘Feed Mapping.’

You will see the current fields required in the Indeed Application. You can change the order or modify them.
If you modify it to create new fields, you must select it and press ‘Edit.’

You will find all the fields that currently exist in Microsoft Dynamics on the contact entity. To add any of them, select it and click ‘Save.’

Then, press ‘Save Changes’ and ‘Publish.’

To ensure that this information is associated with the candidate and the opportunity, it is necessary to check that this information is being collected in the project.

To check this information, you must go to ‘Projects’ and select the project.

You need to see the field on this screen.

If you don’t find it, you need to add it to collect that information.

*If you cannot find the fields, contact the Dynamics Microsoft Admin to add them.
