When you share an open position (on your web portal, by email, on a job portal or social media) interested candidates will be saved in the system in the ‘applications’ section. They will be associated with the position and the source from which they arrived.
To check the applicants, go to ‘Opportunities’ in the sidebar, select the position of your interest, and hit ‘Applications.’
If you want to learn more about these applications, click on the three-dot icon ( ) and select ‘See associated records.’
The list of candidates will display their status, score, job title, current company, associated opportunity, and account. Additionally, you can find insights on:
- Applications by manager
- Applications by month
- Applications by opportunity
- Applications by source
- Applications by status
To view these insights, click ‘Show chart’ and select the relevant topic. For example, selecting ‘Applications by source’ will show where applicants are filling out the application forms (Twitter, LinkedIn, web form, etc.)
