Through the Candidate Portal, you can send your working hours and solicit a payment. To do this, go to Time Entry in the sidebar. Depending on your company’s configuration, you can enter the hours individually or by day.
If you need to specify detailed hours of a day, you must select‘ Day.There, you can input the total number of working hours. Then, press Add.
If you need to specify the working hours for the entire week, you can do so directly from the weekly view. Simply add the start and finish working hours, and the system will automatically calculate the total working hours.
If you need to edit the previously entered hours, you cannot do it directly from the weekly view. Instead, you need to click on the edit icon.You will see a pop-up. From there, you can change the working hours and the title. The changes will be saved automatically.
Your company can also allow you to register your working hours in real time. To do this, you need to click on Day, select your current day and select the type of hours. Then press the play icon and hit Start.
When you finish, you need to stop manually pressing the End button.
Whether you enter the hours from the week view, the day view, or by tracking hours in real-time, you need to press Submit to send them for approval.
You can check the dates of the timesheets without submitting them by clicking on the information icon Pending to Summit. You can also attach files to your Timesheet. To do this, press the Add Files icon. You will see a pop-up. From there, you can add your files. Also, you can copy the same hours from the previous week by pressing this icon. To do this, it is necessary to go to a week without previous entries.
