To begin, press the configuration icon and select ‘Advanced Settings.

Then select ‘Settings’, click ‘Security’, and choose ‘Users’. You will find a list with all configured the ATS users. Mark the checkbox to select one of them and click ‘Manage Roles.’

Find the roles that you want to apply to that user and check the corresponding boxes. For a recruiter, they will typically have:
• DCRS Recruiter
• Dynamics 365 Apps for Outlook User
• Sales, Enterprise app access

If you want to grant them the ability to customize the job portal and provide additional access, you can also check the ‘DCRS Admin’ box.
Press ‘OK’ to finish.
