To disable the permission to take some actions, like delete records or export data, you must go to Security and choose ‘Security Roles.’

Next, click the Security Role that you want to restrict, in this case, ‘DCRS Admin.’

Then go to the ‘Core Records’ tab and disable the permissions by clicking on the green circle to convert to a red circle. If you want to enable it again, just click on the red circle turning back to a green circle.

Finally, press ‘Save and Close.’
