You can enable candidate submissions through a web form in the Partner Portal.
To do this, go to Partner Portal In the sidebar and scroll down. You will find the Submit Candidate section. There, mark the checkbox.
Below, select the web form to set as the default by marking the checkbox.
If the webform you want isn’t listed, click the Add button.
In the popup, select the web form by selecting the box and pressing Add.
Finally, press Save Changes and Publish.
