In this workflow a User with Service Provider Role opens a Job, enters inspection information, completes, submits the job and approves the Job.

  1. Login to JMS applications;
  2. Search for the required Job using the search facility on the Job Grid. To see how to use the search facility see Grid.
  3. Open the Job and view Job Information;
  4. Add main Drawing;
  5. Add main Photo;

  8. To add a Visually Similar to Inspection see How to add a new Inspection + Data Entry Wizard – Visually Similar Section;
  9. To add an Inaccessible Inspection see How to add a new Inspection + Data Entry Wizard – Inaccessible Section;
  10. To add a No Access see How to Add To Do
  11. Complete the Job
  12. Wait for up to 5 minutes. After 5 minutes you should see the Status of Job is changed to Pending QC. If the Status of Job is Data Check Failed. Check the Error log, modify the data, go to step 11.
  13. When the Job is waiting to be Approved the user with QC responsibility for the job gets an e-mail notification;
  14. Approve the Job;
  15. When the Job is Approved the Coordinator gets an e-mail notification.
