Select Tools (via the Gear Icon 1) > Safety (2) > Delete browsing history (3)
NOTE: You can also access this menu by holding Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data(1) and check both Temporary Internet Files(2) and Cookies(3) then click Delete(4).
You will get a confirmation at the bottom of the window(1) once it has successfully cleared your cache and cookies.
