This workflow describes how Job requests are created by other users (i.e. with Requester Role).

In this workflow a User with Role of Requester creates a Job.
- Login to JMS applications;
- Create a Request;
- When the Job is created the Coordinator assigned to the Job gets an e-mail notification;
- When the Job is released or canceled the Requester gets an e-mail notification.
*E-mail notifications are configurable.
*Requests for Jobs are created by other departments. i.e. users with Role Requester.
*During creating a Job, if the Requester does not specify a Coordinator for the job, the system will assign the default Coordinator.
*During creating a Job, the Requester can either assign the Job to a Service Provider or leave this blank to be decided by the Coordinator at a later stage. If a Service Provider is assigned then the the organisations Service Provider Team Leader will be allocated by default as Service Provider, Surveyor, Lab Analyst and QC to the Job.
*At the time of creating Service Providers for each Organisation there is a team leader assigned.
