When creating a Job Request in JMS in the Who Section the Coordinator field can be set to Non Changeable. This is an administrative set-up process. To be able to make the co-ordinator field Non Changeable the request has to be made to PSI system administrator.
To make the Coordinator field non changeable – in AMSOptions table in AMS Database and in jmsRegistry table in JMS database the following filed has to be set to ‘False’.
1. The value has been set to ‘False’.
In this scenario the Who section in Job Request form would look like following;
1. The Co-ordinator field is the Default Coordinator and this is not changeable.
If the value set to ‘True’ the Who section in Job Request form would look like following;
1. The select Button appears next to the Asbestos Coordinator * filed. When the *Select button is clicked user can choose a different Co-ordinator from the options provided.
