In this workflow a User with Survey Role opens a Job, enters inspection information, completes and submits the job.

  1. Login to JMS applications;
  2. Search for the required Job using the search facilityon the Job Grid. To see how to use the search facility see Grid.
  3. Open the Job and view Job Information;
  4. Add main Drawing;
  5. Add main Photo;

  9. To add a Inaccessible Inspection see How to add a new Inspection + Data Entry Wizard – Inaccessible Section;
  10. To add a No Access see How to add a To Do
  11. Complete the Job
  12. Submit the Job;
