Values can be named difference in the source file and JMS configuration even it means the same, e.g. For the Location Floor source file can contain value Floor 1, however in JMS configuration that value needs to be set as Floor 001. To avoid changing the value manually every time data needs to be imported, data map configuration can be set up during form configuration.

  1. During your new form mapping click on the button next to the field
  2. Click add button(1), add a source value (2) and Target Value(3)
  3. Once all the values are mapped, close the window

As in screenshot above, data value mapping can also be used to fix any spelling mistakes if the are any in the source file.

During the data conversion process, field values will be automatically converted from the source value to JMS configuration values. Data value mapping can always be added/amended/removed by editing mapping configuration
