FORGOT PASSWORD

If the Password is forgotten it can be recovered by the user, following the steps below:

1. Click on Forgot your password? (1)
   

2. The Password Recovery screen appears. Enter your Email Address (1) and click Confirm (2)
   

3. Security code(1) will be sent to your email address
   

4. Enter the security code received in the email to the textbox(1) and click Confirm (2)
   

5. Enter your new Password(1). Confirm it in the following textbox (2)
   
   Click Create password and sign in(3) if you want to log in into the system
   Click Create password and back(4) if you want to go back to the Login Screen
   Click Cancel(5) if you do not want to create a new password.
