Dictionary details the Component tables in the database and the associated Attributes and Options.

Options
Whenever you edit the Options in a database, you must ensure that the integrity of the data is still good.
Certain options when edited will need you to run a data management wizard if you wish to change any existing data.

Deleting or Hiding?
We recommend that you
DO NOT DELETE any options in your database as this will then leave a blank (NULL) value, and the record will therefore be incomplete.
We recommend that you set the To be Shown in Drop Down option to No. This will store the faulty data with the database, but will not allow the option for further use.
If you need to replace one value with another ALWAYS check with PSI support first, and ensure that a backup of your database is created, to ensure that no damage will be done to your data.
