Creating Device Driver

Once the Device Driver Editor is opened you will see the Device Information screen. This includes the Device Manufacturer, Device Type, note section and a Driver Id for this new device. If the device being created requires Lua scripting, you must click on the box next to Enable Lua Editing for this feature to be supported.

All of these fields are editable except for the Driver Id. This Id is referenced on the server and is unique to each Driver that is created.

The left pane shows the editable options of the driver, the left pane is also collapsable using the sandwich icon in the top toolbar

Also found in the top toolbar are save and cancel options. The Save icon will save all changes made since the last save and the Cancel option will close the Device Driver Editor returning you to the builder.
