Property Sets

Property Sets are Pre-determined sub-sets of properties.
They are used to restrict the properties that a given user might affect in AMS Manager.

For Example:

You might have users that will only ever need to see the industrial properties in AMS Manager. By creating a Property Set (that might be called Industrial) and applying that Property Set to the User, you are restricting that user to see only those properties selected when the Property Set was created.
Property sets can be assigned to any number of Users

Properties are selected

Once you have filtered properties you must use an action button to make them available.
It is only those listed in the right column that are in the Property Set.
New properties are not available until they are manually added later, even if they fit the filter.
