Entering Inspections without Sample Result Workflow for Surveyor

In this workflow a User with Survey Role opens a Job, enters inspection information for a sample without entering sample result. When a user with Lab Analysis Role logs in next they will see the Job as Pending Sample Result.

1. Login to JMS applications;
2. Search for the required Job using the search facilityon the Job Grid. To see how to use the search facility see Grid.
3. Open the Job and view Job Information;
4. Add main drawing;
5. Add main Photo;

*All Job Requests are created by Coordinator, they haven been assigned and accepted.

*All jobs are assigned by Service Provider to Surveyors.

*When a Surveyor logs in the list of Jobs are available with status Assigned.

*As soon as the Jobs are assigned to a Surveyor, a notification e-mail is sent to the Surveyor.

*For Sample Inspection the result of Analysis is *NOT *entered when Sample Inspection is created i.e. it is assumed that the results of Samples are *NOT *available at the time of data entry.
