System administrators can purge expired objects, meaning these objects will be permanently wiped from your EPC system and cannot be recovered in any way. Before purging, a backup is recommended. This process needs to be repeated for every environment, as there is an individual archive for each environment.
To manually purge expired objects from your EPC system, please follow these steps:
1. Access the Environment Admin section.
2. Click on the “Archive” tab
3. Click on the button.
4. The following pop up window will appear. An email will be sent to your inbox with a unique code for you to copy and paste.
5. When the code is entered, click on “Purge”.
6. You should receive a success notification when the objects are purged.
