12.2.2.1.2.3 Paste

The Paste function allows Web Modelers to Paste shapes they previously copied or cut to the process map. The Paste button is located on the toolbar at the top-left of the Edit Screen.

To use the Paste button, please see the following instructions.

*Ensure you are given the permission to be a Web Modeler, the displayed content is set to Show Latest, and your editing tool is the Web.

1. Navigate to the Full Screen Edit Mode using the Edit Button

2. Cut or Copy a shape

*The Paste button will be disabled if no shape has been copied or cut.

3. Click on button to paste the shape.

4. The shape will be pasted on the process map.

*The shape can be pasted multiple times.

*Web Modelers can use keyboard shortcut to paste Ctrl+V or by right-clicking and selecting the Paste option.
