12.1.4.5.1.3.1 Object Details – Document

The object details specific to documents are (including the basic object details):

• Identifier: An identifier that is unique to each module. Please note that the character limit for this field is 255 characters.
• Name: The name of the document. Please note that the character limit of this field is 450 characters.
• Type: The type of the document.
• Category: The category of the document.
• Description: The description of the document.
• URL: The URL path of the document. For more information on the valid URL formats, please see the Excel file issues section
• File Link: The file link path of the document. For more information on the valid file link formats, please see the Excel file issues section
• Document Format:The document formats are: file, file link, URL, and SOP.
