System Administrators are responsible to grant a level of authorization to users. System Admins can set or change the authorization level for new or existing users when editing the Users’s information.
The different levels of authorization are:
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| 1. Access to Latest DB | User has access to all objects versions and can create/edit objects. This should be your Modelers’ authorization level |
| 2. Access to Published DB | User has access only to published objects. This should be your end-users’ authorization level |
| 3. System Administrator | User has administrative rights on the EPC Web App, as well as access to the Latest Version DB |
| 4. Authorized to Publish | User has the right to Publish EPC objects |
| 5. Authorized to Merge | User has the right to Merge EPC objects |
| 6. Authorized to Import | User has the right to Import files to EPC |
| 7. Authorized to Export | User has the right to Export files from EPC |
