1. Total amount of registration fees collected through your Stripe account.
  2. Total amount of payments recorded manually by the Tournament Director.
  3. Sum of the two above amounts.
  4. Total amount of all discounts applied to registration fees.
  5. Total amount of player refunds issued through Stripe. (expressed as a negative number)
  6. Total amount of player refunds recorded manually by the Tournament Director. (expressed as a negative number)
  7. Sum of the two above amounts. (expressed as a negative number)
  8. Reversals of payments that are made by Stripe for any reason.
  9. Total reversals. Currently, Stripe is the only online payment processing system used by PickleballTournaments.com so the total should be the same as number 8, above.
  10. A graphic representation of the weekly flow of revenue.
  11. The fee charged by Stripe to process payments for this tournament.
  12. A running total of net receipts from the tournament and progress toward the tournament revenue goal. If no revenue goal was set, this will always display 100%.
  13. Total owed by the tournament to players. (expressed as a negative number) This generally occurs if a player withdraws from the tournament. Whether or not the tournament is actually obligated to pay this amount will depend on their stated refund policy.
  14. The initial setup fee paid for the tournament.
  15. Total of all service fees paid by the players.
  16. Player text fees based on the current number of registered players. (only if the tournament has turned on text messaging)
  17. Sub-total of all fees currently due to run the tournament.
  18. The amount already paid. This includes the setup fee and the service fees that are collected at the time that players register.
  19. The balance due. At the conclusion of the tournament, the Tournament Director will be billed for any balance due. This will include the text fee, which is not calculated until final registrations numbers are counted, and any service fees generated by subbing in players at the last minute.
