Cue List

The Cue List displays all the cue information derived from the imported console data.

Cue information cannot be edited within this spreadsheet. The only column that can be edited is the Auto column used to specify which cues should automatically be photographed when using the ‘Auto Photograph’ feature.

*If you need to select all the cues to set the ‘Auto’ checkbox, click somewhere in the spreadsheet then choose ‘Select All’ from the Edit menu. Then click on one of the Auto checkboxes to set them all (and vice versa to uncheck them all). If you cannot see the Auto column, check it is displayed in the ‘Columns’ dialog.

There are two special columns which do not show information derived from the console, but indicate the presence of additional user entered cue information.

The Has Info column will show a blue circular icon if additional cue information has been entered for the cue in the ‘Cue Information’ area, whilst a camera icon in the Has Photo column indicates the presence of one or more photographs attached to that cue. There are not column heading names for the Has Info and Has Photo columns shown on the spreadsheet (as the columns are very narrow normally).

The spreadsheet is also able to display columns for the user entered data in the ‘Cue Information’ area. The columns are labelled Info Act, Info Notes, Info Scene, Info Scene Num and Info Set.
