Auto Photograph

The Auto Photograph is a toggle button to enable or disable the automatic photographing of cues. This feature must be used in combination with the Follow Console toolbar button.

When ‘Follow Console’ and ‘Auto Photograph’ are enabled, Moving Light Assistant will take a photo of each cue that has its ‘Auto’ checkbox enabled as each cue completes. This is a useful and easy way to start documenting a show with a complete list of cue photographs.

When one cue overlaps another, Moving Light Assistant will handle this situation as follows:

• Cue 1 is run with a fade of 10 seconds
• Cue 2 is run 8 seconds into cue 1
  At this point Moving Light Assistant will photograph cue 1 and then start the countdown to photograph cue 2
  

*Only the cues with their ‘Auto’ checkbox enabled will be photographed. Some cameras are slow to respond and download their image which will result in some cue photos being missed in fast cued sections of the show. One solution is to photograph multiple rehearsal or performances with different cues set with the ‘Auto’ checkbox. DSLR camera are generally the slowest and video capture cameras/devices are the fastest (near instant).
