Registration of Student Units

Registrations must be completed by the ACPE Certified Educator on the ACPE website.

There are three options for credit that may be given:

• 1 credit is given if the student has completed the 400 required hours of a CPE unit, has met the stated expectations for written work, and has satisfied all program requirements

• .5 credit is given if the student has completed less than the 400 required hours of a CPE unit but more than 240 required hours, has met the stated expectations for written work, and has satisfied all program requirements.

• 0 credit is given if the student withdraws from the unit after orientation or if the student does not meet the required hours and expectations for written work.

!Student units must be registered in the ACPE database within 21 calendar days of the end date of the unit. Registration of student units in the database may be done independently of the end of unit evaluation process.

!Registration of a student unit may not be withheld for any reason beyond the 21 calendar days. An ACPE Certified Educator should register “0” credit within the 21 calendar day period and then upon fulfillment of the requirements for credit, request, in writing to Kimberly Palmer at kimberly.palmer@acpe.edu, that a different credit be assigned to the student.
