Section 2.01, Name. The name of the corporation is Association For Clinical Pastoral Education, Inc.
Section 2.02, Purpose. The purpose of the Association is to affect people’s lives through provision of spiritual care education. The ASSOCIATION may provide spiritual health education as a part of post-graduate education or other education delivery methods.
Section 2.03, Registered Office and Registered Agent. The Association shall have and continuously maintain in the State, a registered office which may be, but need not be, the same as its place of business; and a registered agent, which agent may be either an individual or a legal entity resident in the State.
